So I had to leave for a month because of work; Mrs. Desiree and I talked about her schedules for the pups and she brought up the fact that her schedule was a bit ectic (which is understandable) but this is a business and at the end of the day: these are my pups (who have been there through it all with me). I had a friend come check on the house to pick up mail and just in case there was any problem. He stated that every time he came over, their (very big water bowls) were empty (They have 2 big ones) and stated like they didn't seem to be doing alright. I paid for the option where the sitter staid at the house but we agreed she didn't have to stay but coming once a day (because I have log in logs for my door) isn't at all what I paid for. Also, I found poop in the back of one of my dogs kennels which means they, at one point, stayed inside their kennel for so long that they had to poop there (and I've left them 8 hours there before due to work). I'm just heartbroken about it. They can't complain about lack of water or having to go outside or being play with. Needless to say that I won't be needing this service (or lack of) anymore 😭

Desiree was exceptional! Kept up clear communication, and super friendly and nice to my pups. So she went over and beyond taking care of my pups while I was on vacation and I was overly thrilled she was so flexible!
