Pet care experience
What can I say? I love animals. Ever since I was a kid I've had my own zoo, even if it made my mom a little mad at me at times. My first pet was a Doberman Pinscher named Magnum, from there I had two more dogs, 6 dwarf chinchilla rabbits, two iguanas, 3 guinea pigs, and a tuxedo cat named Nina. Oh, how can I forget my pretty little bearded dragon named Pancake and the countless strays I used to take care of on the south side of Chicago. Before moving into a pet-friendly building I got my pet fill by taking care of all of my friends' pets every time that they left town. So let's just say if it can, crawl, walk, or swim. I can take care of it.

Derek was amazing with our Bella while we were out on vacation. He is attentive, flexible, and loved his time with her. He sent us regular pictures of our pup as well as frequent updates as our dog had an upset stomach for a bit. Overall highly recommend him for anytime you're out of town!
Derek is a highly professional, dependable and well-skilled dog sitter. He has a friendly, gracious and pleasant attitude and personality. I was totally confident that my dog, Bob, who is blind, would receive trusted care in a safe environment while I was away. I give Derek 10 stars!!!
Derek was awesome upbeat and super loving with Tootsie. We never worried because every day he sent us photos and videos of our dog. She even smelled better when we picked her up.? Thank you so much!!.

I love walking the neighborhood and going to parks. I'm also a huge hiker, so if your dog is into that. I'm down to take them.
