Derek was fantastic! It was our first time using Rover and won't be our last. We needed someone to stay at our home because we have an elderly cat with dementia who gets confused and anxious when left on her own overnight for multiple days. We also have a rambunctious dog. I was really worried about having someone that we didn't know stay at our home, but at our meet and greet with Derek, I immediately knew that this was going to work. Derek's communication and responsiveness is outstanding. Every single day, sometimes multiple times per day, he sent pictures and updates about both of our pets. (I'm sure that if I had asked for less communication, he would have been fine with that, but I appreciated it.) I could tell from his communication that he was giving our pets love and taking excellent care of them. They both have meds to take and he was a pro at giving the cat her pills. When he left our home, he went above and beyond by stripping the bed and leaving not a single dirty dish! We even exchanged garden vegetables with Derek and his girlfriend and got some great peppers out of the deal. I'm so glad that we did this! I will definitely book with Derek again!

Derek was awesome! He took great care of our dog and gave excellent updates.
