I want to know what your dog likes, dislikes, it's quirks and habits (oh and favorite toy). Are they related to the energizer bunny when a frisbee or tennis ball is around or do you have to pry them off the pet bed with a crowbar? Will they greet visitors with a canine opera or go and hide under the couch? If you have training goals or standards, that's great! I love all breeds, but have the additional benefit of being able to handle larger or reactive fur-friends who may leash-pull for the occasional squirrel or other distraction. I'm happy to meet other-than-canine pets, too, like cats, birds, reptiles or the family guinea pig. I'll gladly consider more exotic variants on a case-by-case basis. (I've always wanted to meet a house trained miniature horse and I've sat for a mini-pig, though technically Rover defines them as livestock so alternate arrangements may be needed..)

I have access to resident only lake access (see photos), so if you have a water dog who's good off leash or on a long lead, they can swim (with your permission of course.) I have access to an enclosed tennis court that can double as an off-leash area great for snagging frisbees or tennis balls, which I love to throw for 'em. I have a small backyard, but enough room (and drainage) for potty breaks for senior pups who may not be up to a long walk. I'm a big fan of Washington's support of local parks and trails (Soos Creek trail is very close to the house.) and Googling/using Yelp for local off-leash dog parks (depending on the dog's limits) or, hypothetically, if your fur-friend has a regular social appt. with the local German Shepard at Reber Ranch, I'll see if we can oblige. :D
