Pet care experience
When I was younger, all I ever dreamed of was having a pup to call my own. As fate would allow, Honey (our family's miniature poodle) was adopted when I turned 11, and we were lucky to have 13 beautiful, fun and hilarious years with her. After she passed, I began volunteering at the local shelter in Vermont and dog-sitting for anyone I could find (my boss included) - and I LOVED every minute! Going on runs, cuddle sessions, training / teaching old dogs new tricks, visiting the dog park to meet new friends - I adore it all.... Dogs are my spirit animal, and I've never met a canine I didn't like or visa versa. My availability is EXTREMELY flexible as I work remotely from home -- so your schedule is my schedule. Special skills include: grooming, using peanut butter to sneak in medicine and professional snuggler.

Loved the daily Rover cards. Our dogs were well cared for and a Deniz pays attention to details. Awesome dog care provider. Would recommend and use Deniz again.
6/5 stars! We really appreciated the close attention and affection she provided for our dogs. We asked her to drop by for 30-minute check-ins and she exceeded expectations by staying for over an hour most days. She also noticed that one of my dogs was scratching her behind on the floor (a few months prior, a vet diagnosed this as "play" behavior and took her off of medicated baths), and asked to give her a medicated bath. Since then, my dog has seemed much more at ease and stopped scratching her behind! Deniz was very responsive (usually responded within 30 mins), clarified and followed care instructions, and did a great job pampering our girls. She gave informative updates and pictures every day, and was great about resolving last-minute issues. We would definitely recommend Deniz if you are looking for a friend for your pups while you're away.
