There's something about dogs, that regardless of age, they are all puppies to me. I live in Brooklyn with my husband and am a love of all things Star Wars, Doctor Who and, well,nerdy. I'm a total dog lover, dogs of every size, age and breed. I'm the one in the park that's always waving at your dog and asking if it's ok if I pet them. I'm always on time, respectful of your space and will always love and care for your pup[s] as if their are mine. Throughout my life I have worked in grooming salons, helped manage a doggy day care and been a sitter and a walker. I'm the person in the park that always waves at pups and asks owners if it's ok for me to pet their dogs. I am comfortable administering medication so long as the dog is good with reciving it. If there is agression around administering the medication, I will not be a good match.

SOOOO happy to have found Denise! She and Booger got along instantly and I felt so comfortable leaving him for the weekend. He has really bad separation anxiety but when we got home he was happy as a clam and I could tell he was well taken care of. THANK YOU, Denise! Will 100% be booking again! :)
Having Denise watch our dog gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our last minute vacation. Denise came to our home a few days ahead of time to do a complete walkthrough of all of our dogs food, medicinal and exercise needs. During our time away she was nice enough to send us photos, updates and even a lengthy note upon our return. We would certainly ask Denise to dog sit again and highly recommend her to all. Her calm demeanor with both our dog and my girlfriend and I is what set her apart from other folks.
Denise was great. She did a fantastic job of letting our dog Betty out and making sure she had plenty of exercise, fresh water and food while we were away. We couldn't be happier to have a trusted friend for Betty in the neighborhood.
Denise is hands down the best sitter we've ever had for Desi! She comforted Des during the 4th of July fireworks, allowed her to lounge outside in her yard, and gave her loads of love. I adored all of the photos she sent and it was clear when I got home that Desi was well taken care of while I was out of town. Denise is absolutely incredible!

I have no preferences to breeds, I think they all have something great to offer. I love mutts and pure breeds alike. I am allergic to cats so if you have one in your home I will need to know in advance.
A typical day
Sometimes when I stay with dogs as a way to keep them active I will teach them a new command such as "touch". It's a simple and fun way to keep your dog engaged and to bond with them.

I am a grad student on break between semesters so I've got lots of time to spend with your pup. We'll take walks and snuggle as much as the pup wants.
