Mom of two active little boys! I am using Rover to teach my boys about owning a business as well as being responsible for animals. So when you book with me, you primarily get P and X! Thank you to those of you who have booked with us! They are very active in the day to day of burning energy, feedings, picking up outside and the cuddles. If a dog will sit, X loves to brush! We started our adventure by helping animals from the Humane Society. In one year, we helped twenty dogs and cats find their forever homes. We are looking at expanding our skills to others that may benefit from our care and attention. Open to giving medications or helping you with skills you are currently working on.

This was our first experience with Rover.com, and it was wonderful!! Denise made us feel so at ease. She ended up with more dogs that expected due to another customer giving her incorrect dates. I was worried how Libby would handle all the dogs, but Denise did a great job introducing them a little at a time. Her kids were wonderful with her as well. I loved all the picture and video updates. It really helped me feel good about where she was and how much fun and great care she was getting!! We will look for Denise again!!!

I work from home so dogs are always monitored. We have purchased crates so if your dog requires one, you might not need to haul it! I have a fenced in yard with an inground pool. We like to burn doggy energy by playing in the pool (summer) or going for walks around the subdivision. I do have tie outs if needed as reassurance. I also have a spare room for cats if they need someone near... but not too near ;)

The boys are still boys- we try very hard to keep a picked up and safe house for dogs, but we have had some mismatches with pups that will chew anything/everything. My mom says “it’s a lab thing” ?. We are pretty accommodating to special needs so if there’s anything you would like to see or need, just ask! We are currently tasked with teaching a pup to swim and we work on it daily!
A typical day
Summer is fun! Depending on the heat, we usually play outside in the yard or pool in the mornings and at night. Hot afternoons are for naps! We like going for walks or the dog park in town. Field trips are also normal! If a dog is allowed and we can manage- we will go hiking, markets, Titletown or even just running errands. We treat your family as our family.
