I’ve been raising animals since I was 9 & I have learned so much since. I have the most experience with dogs. Little to large breeds. Any temperament can be handled & any age can will be accepted! I have plenty of patience so animals with hyper or skiddish behavior will always be taken with extra care, as will any pet I receive. Cats are always welcome too! All ages. I would not board a cat with a dog unless it was approved by the owner. Eager to meet all the dogs & cats in the desert 💛

Right away my crazy dog seemed to take to her. She was flexible and kind, and just had this energy to her, this glow, of a person you know you could trust. She is such a positive person and so good with my Toby! He left with her calmly and willingly! He came back happy and tired just the way he should! I couldn't be happier! If you're debating on whether or not to hire Denay as your walker/sitter/boarder...stop thinking about it! Do it!
I was looking for a regular dog walker & sitter for my terrier puppy Auggie, and Denay was referred by word of mouth. I was skeptical since auggie is only a couple months old and a little but he seemed to take to Denay quickly. She was patient and made sure he wouldn’t be having any accidents in my apartment due to actually taking him out and letting him run in the dog park at Kearny Mesa community center.
This is simple, I work quite a lot and have my kids to take care of, it leaves me with little time to give my 2yr old husky attention and the regular walks she should get throughout the day. Denay had gotten referred to me by a friend nearby with her pits. I was happy she was close and her schedule lined up with mine nicely. I have seen a different in behavior since then, Abbie is happier and worn out when I get home!
I have two lovely pits who need a lot of attention, in fact all the attention ha, so I prefer to have people who have experience with larger breeds. I live down south in Chula Vista and once in a while the house will be empty so the dogs could literally do anything alone. Fortunately when those days come up, Denay is usually volunteering at the shelter nearby so I arrange to have her check on them after her shift at the shelter.

I have a fenced backyard. We would be able to play. Or go to a park & get a nice run in there or walk. I know some light trails dogs are allowed on that I’m sure some of the dogs would enjoy. Treats are only allowed if owner says so. The time they spend with me will overall be a good time & to alleviate your worry about your animal(:

What kind of toys they like, what kind of treats, do they like to be petted? Are they skiddish? Do they have a history of abandonment issues?(in this case I would keep the animal near me at all times to keep it content & calm. Do they tend to bite? No matter if they are a puppy or an older dog Do they need to be fed a certain way? Timing? Breed preferences: None! There isn’t a limit to caring for these lovely animals!
A typical day
I love to make sure they are stimulated & content or so I can tell. A trip to the park or even to indoor places that allow dogs to change the scenery a bit. As long as we’re moving or doing something to keep busy.
