I believe each animal is an individual who desires a life full of enriching activity and company. I understand that sometimes our time can be spread too thin to give our furry friends all the attention we wish we could give them. That’s where I come in! I have a genuine love for animals and several years experience caring for them when they are at their lowest. Having worked as a veterinary assistant in both a general practice and emergency/specialty veterinary hospital, I have developed skills to truely take care of and watch over your furry friends. I’m excited to start caring for healthy, active individuals, as well as continue to care for anyone who may need a little extra help. Right now I’m available full time any day of the week. I have experience administering medications, checking vital signs, identifying any symptoms that may suggest something is wrong, and performing animal CPR. My all time favorite activity is cuddling big or little floofs.

Denali did a wonderful job taking care of our kitties, one of which has special medical needs, both of which need lots of attention! Denali took great care of our two furbabies! They are usually so anxious they won't eat the first day we leave and she had them both eating. She made sure to keep in touch and send plenty of pictures. We would definitely hire her again.
Denali came and stayed with our two dogs, one of which is very anxiety ridden, over the Christmas Holiday while we went back to California. She took excellent care of both our dogs and also our cats. Our Border Collie is high energy and Beagle/Terrier is anxiety ridden and both seemed calm and quiet after the initial first day. She sent us a picture of them both asleep in the recliner. When we got home they were both happy to see us but not overly anxious as we were expecting, so we were extremely pleased with her care. She obviously spent a lot of time with them, giving them the attention they needed. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her to watch your pets.
My pets are my entire life and I get so much anxiety at the thought of leaving them behind while we travel. I chose Denali from a sea of other sitters because she seemed to really understand that pets are individuals and should be treated as such. When we met her we quickly learned she is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and responsive; my pets took to her instantly. She followed the directions I left for her to a T and sent wonderful updates and pictures; it was obvious she enjoyed the time spent with my critters. She even stayed late on the last night when I realized Halloween would bring trick-or-treaters and didn’t want the door to ring. We came home to happy, healthy, and well loved on fur balls and we will definitely have Denali back.
