Pet care experience
My love for Dogs goes beyond the ordinary. Starting at the age of 2, I have cared for a Dog/Dogs. At one point in my life I had 5 dogs taking them on a daily hike. I became a great pack leader, training them all. My Dog Colt recently passed after 13 years. Due to housing restrictions I am unable to get another Dog, and so my love of caring for others Dogs has begun.. I have done several long term regular dog sitting gigs at others homes, I walk and play with my friends Dogs when they are unable to. My own Dog had very long hair and I became an expert at grooming.

Dena is fantastic! She is very responsive and communicative about my animals (cat and dog) and how they are doing. She stayed with them for a few days in November and all was quite well when we returned. The animals were relaxed and happy, the house tidy and the laundry folded! Our dog Clover is quite territorial and often "forgets" those she has previously met, taking a little bit to warm up again. That is not true with Dena! Dena comes to walk her and Clover is excited to see her. Thanks, Dena!
Dena does an amazing job caring for our dog & taking care of our house! She really goes above & beyond, and it’s so nice knowing my pup is being taken care of by someone who really cares for her. I’ll definitely be asking her to dogsit again & I highly recommend her!

I enjoy caring for your pets in their own home to limit their separation anxiety. Your Dog will get two walks MINIMUM per day. Every Dog I interact with becomes a best friend to me! I keep them on a very scheduled routine. I generally walk them two to three times a day if needed. I keep in contact and update you about your pets well being and any behavior changes. For my own safety and privacy, I do like to know if your home has cameras.

I like to know what time the pets are usually fed and what time they take their walks so that I can keep them as close to their regular schedule as possible. I like to know if they shouldn't have any other food but their own. It's good to know whether they are allowed on the furniture and if they will be sleeping in the bed with me. I like to know if it's ok to interact with other Dogs and if they are okay to visit Dog friendly restaurants. I like to know if it is okay to take them for car rides. If taken to the beach, a lake, or river if it's ok for them to swim.
A typical day
I like to take dogs on really long walks. I like to take them hiking and to the beach if that is of interest to them. I love to explore the new neighborhoods that I am in with them. I enjoy taking them to Dog friendly restaurants.

Availability
I currently work part time so I have plenty of time for play, walks, cuddles and love! We generally do a walk before I leave for work and again as soon as I return.
