My Husband and I are both dog lovers. I have had pets, from chickens to dogs and everything in-between, my entire life. We currently have a Springer Spaniel/Bulldog mix named Gunner who works as a therapy dog & a kitten named JJ. We enjoy going on hikes, walking around the neighborhood, and just about anything outdoors as long as Gunner is able to join the fun. Gunner goes just about everywhere with me and I am thankful that he seems happier in the car with me than at home by himself.

Mulligan is a puppy and requires lots of attention. Mulligan was very happy and didn’t want to leave when we picked her up. We would use Demi’s services again.

First off, Demi was very accomodating. She was able to take in my dog with only a few days notice, like 3 days before I left town.

Information Demi B. would like to know about your pet
I expect dogs to be house broken or working on it if they are puppies. Dogs must be up to date on all vaccines and be flea treated, especially due to how bad they are this year. I prefer they bark minimally as there are many people who walk by. We love crate trained dogs! If they are not, they just need to be okay being alone in a bedroom when we are gone. I like to keep the dogs separated if not supervised for safety reasons. you just never know when one might get frustrated.
A typical day
Relaxed and strict at the same time. I like to keep working with dogs on training that their parents work on with them at home. Dogs are able to go where they please in the house unless they are puppies, then I close doors and keep them in eyesight. Happy to take dogs to the dog park for exercise if owner is okay with it & dogs are old enough. Laid back, but expect good behavior. Happy to work on training that is being done with the dog. Enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood for exercise. When we leave, we do separate the dogs into different rooms for safety purposes.
