I had a lab mix growing up and he was mostly my responsibility. We had to put him down when I was in college and since then I have dog-sat overnight for people I work with as well as family members, and also was greatly responsible for a roommate's dog while they were a full time student. I want to get my own dog and am waiting for the summer to do so, so for right now dog-sitting is my substitute until I get my own. I work full time as a teacher, so I am available after school during the week as well as weekends. I do not go into work on the weekends so I would be available to spend a lot of time with your dog when it is here. I live with 2 roommates, one who also has a profile on rover and takes care of dogs at our apartment. We are able to keep the dogs separate if necessary since I am on the top floor and my roommates are downstairs and we have a doggie gate. I live near a dog park as well as the Charles River, and I also enjoy Castle Island so there are options for dog walking.
