I’ve grown up with a lot of pets That were usually just as forgotten as the kids. I found I really connect with these mistreated animals as they were in the same situation and we only had each other.I started volunteering at a no kill rescue/ daycare and boarding facility where I started working until I was around 16 I’ve always been the first one to get a dog out of a bad situation. And everyone who knows me has me 1st on the list for being the dogsitter. There is absolutely nothing better in my eyes than being able to earn the respect and build bonds with these dogs who have been so mistreated( and dogs who live a very fufilling life full of love by their people-I’m mainly used to shelter dog work). Having these animals still have it in them to forgive you is such an unbelievable feeling.working with dogs isn’t just playtime. It’s not always easy and it’s a huge responsibility. I vowe to respect the owners and their dogs like my own. I want people to know I come from a place that holds so much respect for dogs and their people. I love my dog, he is my best friend and I will protect him at all costs, I do the exact same for anyone I work for
