About me: Hi! My name is Delaney & I’m a full-time teacher, artist & animal lover. I grew up with dogs & have enjoyed the company of animals my whole life, but am not currently in a position to have a dog of my own. This has made me realize how much I miss the company of furry friends! While you’re away, I promise to love on your pet as much as I would my own. I'm fully vaccinated & boosted & am happy to wear a mask to meet up with you. Why I joined Rover: Rover allows me to supplement my teacher salary doing something I love.

Delaney was communicative, reliable and very sweet with our two cats. She also was able to pivot last minute when our return trip home was compromised. We would definitely book her again to stay in our home.
Delaney was wonderful with my anxious boy! She was very communicative and shared updates while she was there. She came early and was very kind. Highly recommend!

Having Delaney watch our boys (two adult male cats) was wonderful! She was extremely responsive, flexible, and sent fun pictures as an update. Both cats seemed to enjoy her visit and even our most shy cat, Macho, was out with her when she was over. It was a great relief to have someone we trust in our home taking the time to check-in on our boys. Made our time away more enjoyable knowing that they were in good hands.

A typical day
I live just across the street from Como Lake so you can be sure that your pup will enjoy some nice long lakeside walks! There are also several dog parks nearby. Or, if you’d prefer, we can stick around your neighborhood. If your dog is more of a couch potato, that’s cool too– I’m happy to chill out with a book & some belly rubs. I don’t currently have a pet of my own, so rest assured your cat or dog will have my full attention.

I work full time but am able to care for pets outside of working hours. PLEASE NOTE: Please note, I am not able to come to your home during the day. Please do NOT book with me if your pet cannot be left alone on weekdays during the day for 7-8 hours.
