Pet care experience
Hi I’m Delainee Green! I have been dog sitting for about 7 years now! I started when I was fairly young for family friends and now have regular clientele that I dog and cat for! I’ve had dogs and cats since I was little & currently have 3 cats and a lab rescue who just turned 4!

Delainee took excellent care of my two cats while my husband and I were away for the holidays. Our cats were a bit antisocial, but she always made sure to send us photos of them when she could! We appreciated that she sent updates after every check in. We would absolutely hire her again to watch our cats in the future.

I unfortunately do not provide pet sitting at my house, however, at others people’s homes I always meet beforehand and go over the dos and don’ts! I’m very flexible with the care needed and can always adjust so everyone feels comfortable with our arrangement!

If your pet has any special care needs I would like to know that way I can accommodate accordingly!! I don’t have any issue caring for a dog or cat with special care needs!
A typical day
There are many places to go on walks around where I live including bluff point, lantern hill, along with places in Mystic or Westerly. Walks around the neighborhood are always a good way to burn some energy too!

I currently work as a waitress, which means I typically work 4-6 hours at a time. I am also a full time student, however this is a very online focused so it doesn’t impact my schedule too heavily!
