I booked Deisy for a custom house sit, from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Friday, 6/10/22. She texted me at 4:10 asking me what time I wanted her there. I wanted her there at 4:00 PM, the time that I'd booked. When she arrived, at 4:30, she came in, I introduced her to the dog, and let her know that I have cats. It's in my profile. She announced that she had cat allergies. I found an OTC allergy pill, which she took. She moved into the back yard, and watched the dog. Around 7:00 PM, she texted me that she had to go home before her eyes swelled shut. I told her to go home and hurriedly called several friends to visit my puppy, to get him out for at least 2 more potty breaks before I got home. I didn't want to find him sitting in his own urine and feces at 11:30 at night. Draw your own conclusions.

Deisy cancelled the appointment with under two hours notice after I was completely flexible with a last minute adjustment she requested for my appointment. She seemed nice and professional in the booking process but essentially ghosted me. I’ve used Rover before and always been happy. This is a first.
