Pet care experience
We are responsible, trustworthy, kind individuals who have owned many pets and homes in the past. We love traveling and animals of all kinds. We enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. For the three years prior to COVID, pet and house sitting had taken us to many locations including France, Spain and Morocco to Hawaii, Washington, Texas, Arizona and California. Both originally from the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy gardening, reading, long walks, bicycling, cooking and cookie decorating. Mike is mechanically inclined (very handy) and enjoys activities that keep him fit and trim, including bicycling, running and yoga. We are both non-smokers. As we love all pets, we are available to love yours like our own and provide excellent care in your absence. In 2021 we rescued our own pup and now take her with us when we travel and do house sits.

Deidre was amazing with our 2 boys! We booked on super short notice and she came over and met them the following day. Deidre stayed at our home the day after and was wonderful. She took great care of both our doggies and our home as well! Deidre kept us updated throughout her time with the dogs, made sure they were fed, medicated and walked. She even worked with our newer dog on leash manners after I commented that only recently adopted him, and he pulls when you walk him. Above and beyond are words I would use to describe how much care she gave our little fellas. I cannot say enough about how thrilled we are that we found her!
Had a fantastic experience, our dogs were both well taken care of. Highly recommend them if you are looking for people who care about your pet! ♥️
Deidre and Michael were amazing! They are so welcoming and so sweet. :) I liked how they sent pictures and video of Rango! They really made me feel comfortable the whole time they watched him. I now have a permanent sitter every time I visit my family! Thank you so much Deidre and Michael!
Deidre and Michael are excellent sitters. They were always highly responsive and sent great videos and pictures. Our little guy Elliot came back a happy and tired pup from all the fun he had. Would recommend then to anyone.

We live in a 55+ community. It is very quiet. We have a fully fenced backyard with lots of sunshine throughout the day for those that love to sunbathe. We provide walks outside of the community at a local park or along the Greenway across from our community.

We are lovers of all dogs, but especially small ones. Due to our small yard, we are unable to accommodate larger dogs that require space to run.
A typical day
Walks, fetch, toys, video games, cuddles and naps and anything else we can think of to appropriately keep your pooch or pooches entertained and happy.

Availability
We are both retired and spend most days at our home located on the Central Coast of California. Both of us have lots of hobbies that keep us entertained and busy. We do still like to travel and appreciate the opportunities to do long-term sits (10 days or more) for our clients.
