Dee has cared for our cats twice and each time made it easy and hassle free. We had a pet sitter that we found from recommendations on Kingwood underground but she would txt us about silly things like not wanting to use a whole trash bag and we had complaints about the cat litter smell when showing our house (no complaints with Dee Dee) and then one of our cats got very ill from crystals forming from dehydration and our 2 year old cat nearly died. We found Dee Dee through Rover and we had no issues - great communication, no house alarm issues, cat medication given to make sure the cat stays well and she even checked on them and did an extra clean up when dropping off the keys. I didn’t realise having a pet sitter could be so easy and I could feel so rest assured (having her be so local to our house helps too). I won’t hesitate to use her service in the future and recommend her highly.
