Pet care experience
I have many years of experience with dogs & other pets as an owner, foster mom, rescuer, and caretaker. I am available for home visits, walking, checkins, and feedings near my home. I have experience with all types of dogs including “bully breeds”. I am a hound lover and have raised and fostered a variety of breeds but especially enjoy Beagles & Coonhounds. I have volunteered with dog rescue for over 10 years. I have much patience with and enjoy puppies. I have trained shy, energetic, stubborn dogs as well as dogs with fear aggression. I also have a heart for elderly dogs and those with special needs. I am a mature professional looking to expand my passion for fur kids! I love walking and am also willing to transport for walks in park or to spend time at dog park. Will arrange people or dog play dates if desired. Flexibility to meet individual needs. I will share pics or videos of our time together with your fur kid! I also am willing to care for other pets and am experienced with cats, hamsters, rabbits, horses, chickens, and other critters (no snakes!).

Dee is one of the most caring people and dog owner I have ever had the pleasure to know. She fostered and adopted numerous dogs over the years I have known her and every one of those dogs was incredibly lucky to get to belong to Dee, either temporarily as a foster or permanently as her own. Dee is the dog whisperer for Minnesota. Her heart is for all dogs and she was instrumental in helping us get our rescue dog. Instead of presents for her birthday she asked us to all donate to a pet rescue fund. Dee is so caring and knows what works when dogs have issues. She is a long term pet owner, pet sitter, and pet rescuer.

A typical day
Walks where appropriate for your pet: your neighborhood, park, pet store visit, dog park, secluded area. Activities your dog enjoys: ball fetch, swimming, hide n seek, work on basic obedience or other issues. And of course lots of petting and cuddles if your dog wants that.

Availability
I work from home most days (except Wed) which allows greater flexibility. Most weekends I am available. I love walking! I have 2 small dogs of my own that I walk 1-2 times/day. They love other dogs and the dog park on occasion.
