In our home we currently have a dog, so we know how to protect one and what they require, we will only be doing drop in visits and dog walking, so our home is it necessary. My son and I do know how to take a dog on a walk we both walk our dog so we know what to do and what not to do with dogs in and outside of the home and how to keep them safe. That can go from making sure they don’t run out the front door, making sure they don’t get close to some dogs when walking them depending on the dogs behavior, making sure there’s nothing dangerous on the floor in the home and that they have food and water, etc.
