Susan was fantastic with my girls! She gave Grace (9 years old) the extra time and space she required and Gigi all the play, love and attention a 5-month-old puppy need. She gave me updates on them and was not put out at all to do so. Made it possible for me to relax on vacation rather than worrying if Gigi was back sliding on potty training or if Grace was doing well or having any issues. Of course, Grace ended up on a prescription right before our vacation. Susan could take care of getting her the medication even though Grace is not the best patient. The girls were very happy to see us when we got home but not so frantic as to indicate that they received zero attention while we were gone. Like Grace has been in the past. Susan was very easy to work with and responsive to my requests. The house and the girls were all perfect when we came home. Very nice end to our vacation. I highly recommend Susan and will be using her in the future.
