Pet care experience
Hi! We're a mother-daughter (and sometimes dad!) team of loving, caring dog sitters. We LOVE to care for your pup! We live in a very pet friendly neighborhood, very quiet near one of the Scottsdale trails / paths. Our backyard is completely walled-in. We prefer smaller dogs, as our space is somewhat limited inside. Note: We charge a cleaning fee of $50 which will be added on when booking, thank you for understanding. We are home most of the time, have a fun back yard for your dog to explore, and really enjoy caring for and playing with your dog! And bonus: when your dog is here, our own gentle, sweet Shih Tzu (8 years old, 10 lbs.) gets some buddy time as well! We do Rover mainly for my daughter who loves animals. This was the first time having my dog stay with Debra and her lovely family and I couldn’t have been happier! I felt comfortable and embraced so I knew my dog would too. She kept updating me with photos and was quick to respond to any communication with me. They walked my dog and had a lovely home that Archie (my dog) was cozy in. I would absolutely recommend Debra!
Debra and family kindly cared for our senior dog Guinness. He was well looked after just like we would take care of him ourselves. Will use Debra again
Debra, Dave, and Leanna took great care of our little mini-poodles for the week we were gone. They took them on twice-a-day walks, groomed them, and helped them to feel safe and secure. They sent us pictures every day. We will definitely use them again.
Debra is fantastic. She helped me on an emergency basis and is a very caring soul. My dog was happy with her and not the least bit stressed out when I picked him up. It was a great experience.

When we have dogs with us, we are attentive, playful and kind with the dogs. We get down on the floor and pet them. If your dog's a ball chaser, we'll throw the ball in the back. Our yard is walled-in all around. We also have a shallow wading pool in back, perfect for cooling off and hanging out. Large trees in the back yard offer plenty of shade for your dog.

There are many dog owners in the neighborhood, so if your dog needs morning walks, there will likely be other dogs around to see. There is a walking path for the dog, as well as some desert ground areas for your dog to poke around.

Availability
Pet care fits well into our normal routine. In the house is my husband, myself, and my 16-year-old-daughter. We are around the house often. I am a fine artist and work from home, my husband is a remote worker as well. My daughter is a HS student, and we all spend time playing, feeding and petting the dogs that we sit.
