I'm sure Debra did a fine job for her brief first-time walk with our dog. She clearly remembered to put her food dish down afterwards and I appreciated the text and photo. Our major disappointment was that she was nearly an hour late picking her up for the walk; that was unfortunate and her explanation -- that it took her longer to bike to our condo than she expected -- was inadequate; surely Debra should have been able to estimate better the biking distance. Nessie wound up being alone longer than she should have been; and if the weather had changed, we would have been home in time for that late a walk and would not have had to pay for a walker. Debra was also late for our scheduled meet-&-greet prior to this first engagement; her explanation then was that she texted me that morning to see if I still wanted to meet her as scheduled. I'm not wedded to my cellphone; I didn't see her text. Since the schedule was on both our calendars -- and had previously been confirmed -- by her, I expected her to meet us on time and not seek another confirmation. Given these experiences, I'd be hesitant to rely on her being on time in the future.

Deb was awesome! She stayed in touch and sent photos of Mugsy during his stay. She even let me stop by and say hello. He was happy and made friends with her very friendly dog Trevor.
