Pet care experience
I’ve love dogs since I was 8 years old and have taken care dogs who have been ill and provided medication. Willing to care for more than one dog in a family. I’m current retired and like to spend time with animals, dogs especially, I’m able to walk, play and care for your dogs. I’m usually free and like week days, maybe weekends and willing to walk animals before 12:00 noon. I have a fenced back yard, no pool. My dog is here to keep your dog company and play with. My dog is a Morkie, 15 lbs., and 6 years old. He loves other dogs and plays well with others.

This was our first time with Debra for day time care for our dog, and we were so grateful to have found her. Our dog is blind and Debra made sure to think through any challenges he might have, and send us progress reports and pictures, so that we knew his day was going well. She was amazing and communicated very well. Jasper was caught spotting in her house and I felt extremely bad. She communicated with me and I’m glad she put the diaper on him that I gave her just in case he had accidents (at night). She is reliable and flexible!
Debra has been Buddy's sitter the last few times we've gone out of town and he LOVES being with her and her Buddy. He remembers as soon as we get to the door and forgets to even say goodbye! We are so glad we found her.

I need to know about your dog: * Is the dog aggressive with other dogs or people * Must be spayed or neutered * Where do they sleep, crate, bed, or in your bed * Dogs must be leash trained * Dogs must know basic commands * Must be house potty trained * Must be vaccinated and current * No male dogs if they “spot” inside a different house * Must bring dog food.
A typical day
Your dog will go for walks, play in the backyard, play with toys and my dog, learn to fetch. Your dog will have ample run of my home. Specific feeding times if your dog is on a feeding schedule.

Availability
I am retired from Sacramento County Child Protective Services after 16 years. Unless I’m needed at a grandchild’s home due to a parents work schedule or on vacation I’m usually at home and willing to be a care provider to your dog.
