I'm currently accepting small dogs (under 25 lbs) who are spayed/neutered, housebroken, up-to-date on vaccines and current on flea meds. I love dogs of all sizes, but a hand injury has limited my ability to manage larger dogs on walks. I take up to eight dogs at a time here, so if your pup enjoys pack life, I'm your girl. I specialize in free-range petsitting; no crates, cages, or kennels. There’s always lots of playing, snacking, and sunbathing, plus we go for daily urban hikes around Silver Lake Reservoir, Los Feliz, up to Griffith Park or Bronson Canyon. MY PLACE: My Silver Lake home is dog-friendly. I have a special double-gated corral in the backyard — similar to what you see at the dog park — for safe pup introductions. There’s a nice-size patio and yard, which is safely enclosed with a 6-foot fence all the way around the property. I have an open-door policy: The patio door stays open all day so your pooch can be inside or outside whenever they please. While here, guests wear a special ID tag w/my phone number (I don't remove your tags; I just add mine for a backup). Snuggling is strongly encouraged, and guest pups sleep in the bedroom with me at night. EXPERIENCE/SUPERVISION: I do dog boarding and daycare full-time, 24-7, 365 days a year. I've been dogsitting professionally since 2013, plus I grew up with dogs and have extensive petsitting experience for friends and neighbors. I've also fostered various breeds, as well as elderly dogs, pups just coming out of surgery and those with health issues. Detailed care instructions are not a problem. If your dog is an exercise hound, I'll take him/her for extended pack walks/hikes.
