Pet care experience
My entire life my family has had a pet dog. I have been caring for and walking neighbor dogs and have recently expanded to other clients. I have been a veterinary assistant for 6 years and am capable of caring for animals of all ages. I can give all types of medication and have a great understanding of many diseases and health issues. My work schedule is variable unfortunately but I my current clients do not seem to mind. Since I stay over night I feed and let the dogs have a potty break before I go to work, can let them out on my lunch break and then return in evening for feeding. I enjoy spending time with the dogs. I often take clients dogs for walks and play with them. I also do not mind last minute "Can you stop by and feed Rover tonight? We are going to be later than expected."

Deborah did a fantastic job house sitting and taking care of our dogs, cat, birds and chickens! the house was clean and neat upon our return and everyone was happy! I would highly recommend her and will definitely book her the next time we go away.
I worked with Deborah for a year and a half at the local animal hospital. She is exceptionally thorough with the cleanliness and care of the animals that were being boarded. Deborah is also very gentle and loving towards all of the cats and dogs. She has cared for my dog, cat, rabbits, and Guinea pigs, in my home, while I was away on vacation. Deborah is very trustworthy and dependable.
Deborah has watched my pets for me multiple times while I have gone on vacation. I have 3 dogs, one of them being a special needs puppy. I only trust Deborah with his care, as it is critical that he is cared for properly in my absence. It is important to know medications and behavior of the dog so I can be prepared; however I only require to know this information for the dogs sake and it does not have to be before making the agreement to pet sit. I just need to know all that when I care for the pet.
A typical day
I will walk the dogs around the neighborhood or a nearby park if there is one. I typically like to play with the dog outside or inside if the dog would like to play. I will stay at the house and pet the dog as well.
