Pet care experience
We really cater to - and often fall in love with - the dogs we care for! We believe that happy dogs create happy families, and so we recognize the importance of a fun adventure /experience and social interaction are an important part of a dog's life -- everyday. Because we live on hiking trails (with lots to explore) and we are a family of runners (running about 3-4miles a day), you can customize how much exercise and outdoor adventure you want. We also love to take our own dog to the beach at least once a week - where they can just run free. We also live near two dog parks, but are careful to make sure that it is a safe environment for your dog.

Deborah and her family were absolutely wonderful with our dog, Dylan. We left our dog for a whole month this time, which I had been very anxious about, but after seeing how easygoing Deborah's family was with Dylan and how good they were with sending updates, I didn't feel guilty or stressed out about him during our trip away. They took Dylan out regularly for walks, sent updates and photos often, and were very easy to communicate with. I would gladly book another stay for Dylan at Deborah's.
Deborah was fantastic with Luci. She took great care with her, and Luci loved playing with her dogs. I got updates and pictures throughout the day and it definitely helped relieve my anxiety of leaving the pup for the first time. She came home exhausted and happy! Highly recommend.
Deborah and her family took such amazing care of our dog. It was clearly a fantastic experience for our dog, more like a vacation. We highly recommend Deborah and will certainly work with her again.

I'd like to know what a fun day is for each dog. Some of the dogs we watch want to go on a 30 minute walk and then rest for a few hours. Other dogs we have over love the constant companionship of our dog Dash. We enjoy social dogs and those craving exercise!
A typical day
We love to hike throughout Los Altos Hills and visit at the dog park at Shoreline. We have the Redwood forest and Shoup Park where the dogs get to explore the forest. Sometimes we even go to the beach if a dog is visiting with us for several days.
