Although we just started Rover together in May 2025, I grew up with and have been a dog lover and owner of a variety of breeds all my life. We love them all and enjoy hosting them in our home and making them a part of our extended family! We have lots of great places to walk and exercise nearby and will enjoy frequent walks with your doggie! We also have a basket of a variety of doggie toys for them to enjoy and get into during their stay (but we encourage you to bring any of their personal items that might make your doggie even more comfortable and at home with us - ie. doggie beds, slow feeders, their favorite cozy blanket, their favorite squeaky toy, favorite chew bone or any preferred treats, etc.).

Information Deborah M. would like to know about your pet
It would be important to know any and all preferences that your doggie has so we can make sure they have the absolute best stay with us and we can cater to their personal needs :) For safety reasons, we unfortunately are not able to host any doggies that display aggressive or extreme territorial behavior in our home. Please include in your doggies Rover profile your vets name and contact information in case of an emergency and your vaccination records (Canine Rabies, DHPP Canine Vaccine, Bortella, Flea/Tick Preventative) and/or send them to us prior to your doggie's stay with us! Finally, may your doggie enjoy a Starbucks Puppucino (ie: whipped cream treat) with Lotus in the early mornings? We love treating them to pup cups during their doggie vacation with us!
A typical day
We are early risers and typically wake up between 4-6 am, we will wake up and go immediately out for a morning potty break before the sun rises, then we will feed and walk your beloved doggie again early am and in the evening we will have playtime, belly rubs, and give them tons of attention & love! Finally evening feeding and a walk before settling in to bedtime.

My daughter and I love our fur baby, Lotus, and would love to take care of yours too! Lotus is a very friendly, sweet & playful 3-year old female Labradoodle who loves having doggie friends over to play and as companions. My daughter loves smaller sized dogs and we are both excited to offer local NoVA doggie vacations & boarding services in our cozy, peaceful, quiet, playful and loving townhome in Belmont Greene (Ashburn). We offer boutique services with a focus on very personalized, high-quality care for your beloved pet. We will cater our care to the personal needs of your doggie and all their preferences just like they are at home. We will walk them individually several times a day and give them lots of attention and love. They will become a part of our extended family! We will send daily updates and an abundance of photos and videos to you during their stay. We also promise to make drop off and pick-up of your beloved doggie extremely easy and convenient for you during every visit! We will be ready for your arrival on the first day for an easy, quick and convenient drop off and transition with us and for pick-up we will have all their things cleaned, packed and ready for you upon departure. We know how important this is for when you are traveling or have plans and how stressful this can be. We will always be ready to make this process convenient and helpful to you!

Fantastic!! Deborah was super accommodating and she treated Bailey as if she was her own dog. We had pictures and updates daily and more than once a day. We’re so happy we found her. We would definitely recommend her🩷
Deborah and her daughter were fantastic! Our pup felt so comfortable and right at home with them. It was as if she were going on her own vacation while my family and I went on ours. They communicated so well with us and sent us frequent updates on how Pepper was doing and her adventures. Would 100% book again!
Deborah, her daughter, and their dog Lotus are absolutely wonderful. I left my dog with them for a week and couldn’t have been happier! My girl was so well cared for and received tons of love and attention. The photos and videos they shared truly put me at ease and showed how much fun she was having. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating to both of us. I would highly recommend them!
