My daughter and I love our fur baby, Lotus, and would love to take care of yours too! Lotus is a very friendly, playful 3 year old Labradoodle who loves having doggie friends over to play and as companions. My daughter, LeAnne, loves smaller/medium sized dogs and we are excited to offer local NoVA pet sitting/boarding services in our cozy, peaceful, quiet, playful, loving townhome in Belmont Greene. We offer boutique services with a focus on very personalized, high quality care for your loved one. We will cater our care to the needs of your pet and all their preferences just like they are at home. We will send daily updates and an abundance of photos and videos to you during their stay. Although we just started Rover together in May 2025, I grew up with and have been a dog lover and owner of a variety of breeds all my life. We love them all and enjoy hosting them in our home. We have lots of great places to walk and exercise nearby (including the W&OD trail) and will enjoy frequent walks with your doggie! We look forward to meeting all our new friends and making them a part of our extended furr-ever family. We are grateful for the opportunity to host your precious beloved pet in our home and guarantee a content and happy time with us while you are away! We will also send you home with a cute mini-polaroid of them during their stay!! On behalf and in honor of your pet's stay with us, we will also donate a bag of food and/or doggie treats in your doggie's name to the Loudoun County Animal Shelter (LCAS) for homeless pets to give back and care for homeless dogs in our community while they wait for their furr-ever family. By booking with us you are also helping feed homeless pets in our local community! We appreciate and are grateful for you choosing us to host your loved one while you are away and look forward to meeting you!

Deborah and her daughter sought to understand my dog’s personality and needs so that they could be as helpful as possible. Even when my dog was not responding to their dog in a mutually friendly manner she handled it like a pro with lots of understanding and care towards my dog. Thank you!
Deb was great! Extremely attentive and caring with bean and sent pictures and videos daily (which I love!) We will absolutely be booking with Deb again!
Deborah and her daughter have walked my dog multiple times for me! My dog can be a bit picky when it comes to new people, but she loves Deborah and he daughter!!

We have a great space on the lower level of our townhome for play, ruff housing, and fun with our Labradoodle named Lotus...she is super friendly and loves other doggie playmates and companions. We will give your pet lots of TLC, belly rubs, playtime, treats (pup cups if ok) and space for rest and relaxation (especially older doggies) when needed on our couch. We do have medium and large crates if your doggie prefers quiet time and is use to a crate for resting. We also have gates and a separate play area for doggies that prefer more quiet restful time alone and for feeding time.

It would be important to know if your dog enjoys longer walks together, 2-3 miles, in the evening time (weather permitting). We often do long walks for exercise. Can your doggie enjoy a Starbucks pup cup with Lotus in the morning? We do require full vaccination records prior to your doggie's stay with us. It would be important to know any and all preferences that your doggie has so we can make sure they have the absolute best stay with us :).
A typical day
We are early risers and typically wake up between 5-6 am, will feed and walk your beloved doggie early am, frequent walks/potty breaks during the day, playtime, belly rubs, fetch, etc. feeding and a long walk (weather permitting) in the evening before bedtime.

I work remotely and my 13 year old daughter will be home all summer long to play with and love on all our furry friends and new extended family.
