Pet care experience
Growing up, my family raised and bred Labrador Retrievers, so at a young age I began to understand that dogs were unique, had different personalities and were indeed, incredibly important parts of our lives. I formed lasting bonds with my dogs which positively changed my life and perspective on the world significantly. Later on in life, I became a horse trainer which deepened my understanding of animals and increased my knowledge of animal care. Throughout my entire adult life, I’ve always had dogs at my side. At this stage in my life, Hershey(my chocolate lab)and I would like to share our love for other dogs with you. I helped form a puppy play group when Hershey was a young puppy and it has been a grand success . Rest assured, I want to give your dog the best care you can give them, with extra doses of affection, praise and love...free of charge. I look forward to meeting you and your four legged friend very soon. 💕

I have a 10 month old Labrador who I had never left before. Deborah boarded my dog, Hank for 3 days and she was absolutely amazing. She had the best communication! She texted me each day through out the day telling me how he was doing while also sending LOTS of pictures and videos. Deborah also has a chocolate lab named Hershey, who is very sweet! By the end of our trip, Hank and Hershey were best friends. Deborah has a big fenced yard where the dogs were able to run around and play. She also took Hank on walks each day. Deborah was very attentive with Hank and took care of him as if he were her own. I will definitely be using her every time we need any of her services!
Deborah took such great care of my little poodle. She usually has separation anxiety but she felt right at home which eased my mind. I definitely recommend Deborah!!
Deborah is wonderful! I just moved to the area and needed to find a new walker ASAP. She came by for a meet and greet and I could tell right away I can trust her with my baby. She kept me updated and is flexible with my weird work hours. I’d totally recommend her!
Deborah is mature, loving and very caring. She is an experienced horse trainer and has had dogs all her life. She has abundant energy and loves animals.

Mostly, it is important to me that your dog is friendly and gets along well with others. This is one area I am very strict with as the safety of all the dogs I care for hinges on this criteria. Of course, sometimes dogs need time to adjust and are shy or fearful at first which I can work with however full blown aggression is never tolerated.
A typical day
Hershey and I enjoy nature walks on the many trails near our home. Additionally, we attend a dog play group 3x’s a week at ENCINITAS dog park and frequent dog beach often. I have a huge fenced in yard with plenty of trees and room for roaming, playing fetch or basking in the sunshine .
