I am a dog lover to my very core. I offer my home to your dogs which is a very different environment than keeping a dog in a kennel which can be very traumatic, noisy etc. I grew up in a dog family and I personally have had multiple dogs most of my life. They are my kids to me and I ensure they receive the best love and care I can provide for them. When I adopt them, they stay with me for life. I currently have a 12 year old female English cream golden retriever (adopted/rescued at 6 years old) and a 11 year old male Irish setter. They get along well with other creatures large and small. I love all animals especially doggies. I grew up in a large family that had dogs throughout my childhood. My first dog was a black lab puppy that I got to travel the US. I bought a truck camper and we both hit the road for 6 months. What a memorable experience. My last Labrador had a litter of 11 puppies (I bred her with my other lab), all planned out with my Vet and all the puppies lived. Another great experience. I would do this again except that there are too many shelter doggies that need homes. About my yard, we have a large, safe/locked (6 ft.) wood fenced in backyard as you can see in my profile. I have a large concrete deck area AND a large grassy area. Shade is abundant .
