Hello there! I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and have owned many pets in my life. These include cats, fish, hamsters, various birds and turtles/tortoises! I have never been able to have my own dog so I sought out other ways to satisfy my love for them. I started out volunteering at OC Animal Shelter and have worked with dogs of all breeds, ages and temperaments. My responsibilities included socializing and exercising them. After 4 years of volunteering, I became a full-time petsitter who cared for many types of pets! but the majority of my clients were cats and dogs. I watched over pups (and cats) while the parents were on vacation and stayed overnight at the owners homes. My responsibilities included rinsing and refreshing water bowls upon each visit, cleaning up any messes upon arrival, feeding and administering medication (only if your dog shows no aggression), simple house-sitting services such as bringing in the mail, regular potty breaks during overnight stays, and of course lots of love time during my visits! I am also knowledgeable in various training techniques and would be more than happy to teach your dog simple manners such as sit, stay, come, and much more! (as requested) I am an easy-to-work-with professional who is responsible, trustworthy and organized and am a natural when it comes to caring for animals. I would take care of your pet and your house as if they were my own, so you can be assured that your furry family member will be in safe and caring hands. Some things you can expect from me as your petsitter: 1. I will arrive on time 2. I will rinse and refresh water bowls upon each visit. 3. I will report to you of any misbehavior that I come across upon arrival and clean them up for you. 4. I will accommodate any special instructions as long as they can be done within the time frame of the visit. (bring in mail, give medication) 6. At the end of the visit I will always send you a text of everything that happened during the visit with pictures of how much fun your dog and I had! For overnights, you can expect: 1. A text when I have arrived and how your dog is doing. 2. Your dog to get a potty break right away. 3. Your dog to receive his dinner/breakfast (if applicable) and fresh water at all times during my stay. 4. Your dog to get backyard potty breaks, playtime and loads of love! 5. Reinforcement training just as you would do it at home. 6. Your home to be well taken care of. 7. And a text before I leave of how everything went during my stay!
