Pet care experience
I had my own precious pup for over 14 years until 2017, a lab/chow mix. I've always been the one my friends call to watch their furry children when they go out of town. I am comfortable giving oral medication, ear drops, shots, eye drops...I've done it all. My own dog was well trained and I still have all the skills and commands to assist in keeping your furry one well-behaved. I am currently learning doggy first-aid.

Debbie is an excellent dog sitter. She is patient, attentive, and loving with all animals, especially dogs. She has watched my terrier puppy on several occasions and he absolutely loves her! It is such a relief to have someone so reliable and caring to watch him when I can't be there. Debbie has my full recommendation.

I live in a very dog friendly gated apartment complex. I have a lovely patio for a doggy to sit and get fresh air. My complex is great for walks and also has a fenced in play area for fetch.

I would like to know the dogs activity level so I'm able to provide the right amount of exercise. What is the pups favorite activities? Is the dog on any medication or have special dietary concerns? Does s/he get along with other dogs in dog parks or on walks? Does the dog typically get on the furniture? Where does the pup sleep? Is a crate used? Then just a general idea of any daily routines the dog has. I love pretty much all dogs but I do not have much experience with aggressive breeds.
A typical day
I love my walks as much as the dogs so this will happen several times a day. Depending on the dog, we stay local or I could bring him/her along on one of my hikes. I'm down with a good game of catch/fetch or just hanging in for snuggle time. For the more social dogs we could take a trip to their favorite dog park.

I'm building a business and work from home a lot so I have lots of time to spend with a furry friend. I have a varying schedule teaching fitness classes so I'm available during the day for walks.
