As this was my pet’s first time away from me or home (for an extended amount of time) in over 2 years we were both anxious. In an attempt to minimize both our anxieties I booked an overnight stay with Deanna prior. During which time my fur baby was extremely anxious and restless. Fortunately we had meds to combat this and a very patient Deanna who was not deterred by Laci’s restlessness. I should also mention that Laci was scheduled for a Right TPLO surgery (partially torn ACL) 2 days after picking her up. After communicating with Deanna, and providing feeding schedule and prescribed medication needs I felt comfortable leaving her behind. I was updated multiple times, daily. Upon picking up my baby, as always she was happy to see me and quite playful. After Arriving home there were no changes with her attitude or personality. And her ‘bad leg’ was the same. 2 I’ve had a rather bad experience with River and had stopped boarding Laci, but Deanna made me comfortable in my decision in leaving Laci with her. Once she’s fully healed I would certainly set up a few overnight ears with her again.

Great experience. Theo had such a good time. Sent pictures every day and able to help in a pinch. We will definitely be back.
