My name is Deanna and I love dogs! I've been around them my entire life and I was previously employed as a dog behaviorist at an animal shelter in Indianapolis. I received my bachelor of science in animal sciences from Purdue in May 2015. I love keeping my dogs, and everyone else's, happy and healthy with lots of mental and physical stimulation. I have been pet sitting, fostering, training, and (basic) grooming for the last five years. I take a special interest in those dogs needing desensitization to simple stimuli, and those that are particularly shy. I want to be sure that your pet feels comfortable! I currently have open availability and will be happy to work with different schedules. Feel free to reach out!

I do not have any breed preferences. Before sitting a dog, I would like to know his or her normal eating, potty, and bedtime schedule. Favorite games (if any) are a must! I also like to know if he or she has any known triggers or dislikes.
A typical day
Walks will include wherever your dog is happiest! Be it the park, the backyard, or around the block. I am also a proponent​ of puzzle games and toys, and interactive games such as fetch, tug, and hide-and-seek.
