Dawn is so great! My dog's a pretty nervous nelly, and he can go on hunger strikes when we leave him at the vet. I was pleased to hear he ate during his stay, and he looked so happy in all the pictures sent my way. Thank you, Dawn!

What can I say? Dawn was fan-freaking-tastic!! Our very neurotic and skittish dog had never been with anyone but family and even then he'd been fairly unhappy without me, his main mama. Naturally we were hesitant, not because we didn't trust Dawn, but we wanted both Dawn and Boots to enjoy themselves. Dawn was great at planning visits to get to know him, we took him on walks together, etc...We got reports and cute photos throughout our vacation which was awesome! When we got home he was more comfortable with Dawn than I'd ever seen him with another non-family member. To be honest, I can't wait to go away again, because I know Boots will be in excellent hands. Dawn has the magic touch, that is for sure!
