I am self-employed and moving forward only want to spend my time and earn a living from activities that bring joy to my heart or help other's lead their best lives. I have had dogs and cats my entire life of all sizes and breeds that lived indoors and outdoors.i also have chickens and have cared for horses. I have pet sat in the past for friends and roommates. I have had positive and negative experiences with others' animals and with others' watching my animals. I have handled easy and difficult experiences with dogs in the past and know that being a responsible pet owner is paramount. I understand big and little dog energies and how to properly respond to different animal personalities. I know first hand how important it is to have a caring, respectful, thoughtful, and reliable person to be watching over your fur baby. My current dog is the love of my life and his name is Tiki. He is 15 years old and I have cared for him diligently from puppy to old age and with special needs. He has brought me so much joy and taught me patience and unconditional love. He was attacked once while I was on vacation and while someone was left in charge of his care. He almost died. I want to provide others with peace of mind knowing when their pet is in my care that I understand what that feels like and I am caring for them like I would care for my own beloved pet. Our lifestyles have changed vastly and are so busy these days and I know the difficulties that can bring. I want to fill the gaps for those who love their animals and when they need it step in for them when they can't be there themselves. This would bring me joy to care for others' animals and earn a flexible income for myself.
