Hello! My name is Dawn and I am an avid animal lover! I especially love dogs and all the joy they bring to their companions. I have over a decade of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I love to care for older and senior dogs, they hold a very special place in my heart. I have a friendly and playful Welsh Pembroke Corgi and two lively and cuddly cats. I also have experience as a dog bather and am able to trim your dogs nails or give them a bath during their stay. Please select those options while booking if you are interested. ***Puppy rate (1 year and under) for new clients is $75 per day for the first stay. Subsequent visits will be $60 per day if there were no damages during the first stay.***

Our sweet dog loved going to Dawn’s. Dawn was very kind and easy to work with. We will definitely have her watch our dog again. I was so worried about leaving her because we’ve never boarded a dog. But this was a great experience. I love that she has a fenced back yard. That was a must for us.

It’s so hard to know if your dog enjoys going somewhere, but it’s not hard for us to tell that our dog loves going to Dawn’s house. He has a very anxious dog and car rides usually mean grooming or vet appointments or long road trips. We get about four blocks from Dawn’s house and our dog recognizes where we are at and starts panting and wagging his tail. We know Dawn cares for him well. Thank you!
This is the second time we’ve had Dawn and her amazing family watch our Golden Retriever and it was just as amazing as the first time. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a house with a beautiful fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around and play in. There is also a sunny deck in my yard that dogs love to sunbathe on during the warmer months. I live about 5 minutes from the dog park and would love to take your dog with me for some especially fun exercise with your permission. I also love to go on long walks (or shorter walks for senior dogs), play fetch, cuddle on the couch, and have plenty of fun toys available for your dog to play with.

I only ask that your dog is friendly with other dogs, crate trained at night (if they do not have any destructive behaviors, they are not required to be crate trained), and okay with young children. Please let me know if your dog has any medications they take.
A typical day
Long walks, short walks, excursions to the dog park (with permission), car rides, fetch, and cuddling. I am happy to tailor my activity level to your dog’s needs.

I am home full time, so I am able to love and cuddle your pet any time they want! I can also easily accommodate special feeding or medication schedules and can let your dog out to potty any time they need.
