Pet care experience
We are an animal loving couple with an infant who has had pets our entire lives. Everything from multiple dogs and cats to a turtle, frog, and gerbils! :) We currently do not have any animals of our own but want to share our love and home with your fur baby(ies)! We currently choose to only book one Rover client at a time. This all means that we are able to give our guest(s) our undivided attention! As previously mentioned, we do have a new infant, so your dog must be baby friendly. If you are unsure then we will unfortunately have to decline your request. We are conveniently located not far off an I-96 exit, making it easy to drop off and pick up your pet(s) for a weekend up north to the cabin or a longer vacation where it's warm and beachy! We are tech savvy, so if you'd like, we are more than happy to send you pictures/videos of your dog/cat while you are away to make the time without your animal that much easier. We are thrilled that you have entrusted us with your fur-baby! We will treat each one as a member of our own family! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Reviews
Dawn & Brandon have taken care of my pup a few times, and it has been a great experience for her and myself each and every time! They will care for your fur babies like their own and they have a huge yard for them to play in, highly recommend.
Thank you for taking great care of our Coco when we were away!
Our two dogs had a great time. Their fenced yard is like being at a park. We enjoyed our vacation without worrying at all. THANKS Dawn & Brandon
Lovely couple who provided great care to my doggie. ??

Safety & Environment: We have a 0.5 acre with a fenced in backyard and pet-friendly home to avoid any classic mishaps. Your doggo will have free reign to play in the yard off leash if they are comfortable doing so (while being supervised by my husband and me). We also have a private road and sub where we can take walks through the neighborhood.
Home
Information Dawn & Brandon B. would like to know about your pet
What is their temperament around strangers/children/other animals in case we encounter them on walks? Does your dog have a special signal for asking to go outside? Is your pet used to sleeping in a crate at night? Are there any special medical instructions? What is their feeding schedule? What is their typical daily schedule when you are at home? (waking up, potty time, exercise, etc.) Do you use any special commands? ("Sit", "down", "stay", and "come" being most common)
A typical day
Our house is off of a private road in a sub where we take walks through our neighborhood. My husband and I also like to spend time outside and will play with your dog in our fenced back yard. We are close to a rail trail and park where we can take your dog, if permitted by owner. Other than that, we try to stick to the routine that your pet(s) is used to, to make transitioning easier.

Schedule: We want each dog to settle in quickly and with as little disruption as possible. As such, we will try to make their normal schedule and habits at home ours for the duration of their stay. We both work, as a result, we can only accept dogs that can wait to go to the bathroom for 8 hours. However, once we get home, we will be sure to make up for lost time with lots of love, cuddles, and exercise! :)
