I like to know as much as possible about you and your pet's preferences for exercise, fun, and their social tendencies before "sitting", playing, petting, and exercising them. What words/commands are they familiar with (i.e. "fetch", "go get", "bring")? Do they want to go to swimming at the lake? If so, do they need a clean rinse/bath afterwards? Please let me know your basic desires, your pets habits, and your pet will tell me the rest :)

What does your pet most enjoy? Do they want walks around your neighborhood? Is fetching their ball the most important thing to them? Do they more enjoy being social and playing at the dog park? Rather go swimming or hiking? Owners know their pets best, and what their favorite things are. My first "grandchild" is a black lab who is now very elderly and blind. In her youth she was the best Frisbee jumping, ball retrieving, go-getter ever! She appreciates patience more than anything now - she wants to thoroughly sniff a loved tennis ball, then have you throw it, and allow her the time to find it by smell. From super active puppy-hood, to teens, middle-age, and elderly; your pet has his/her favorite things. I am happy to get to know you and your pet, learn what these things are, and provide them!
