Pet care experience
I love small dogs and would love to help care for yours! I spent many years with my beloved chihuahua Peppy. I knew him as a puppy and cared for him as a senior with many medical issues and would be glad to care for a young or old small dog. I love walking dogs and would be happy to engage in playtime or feed or bathe or whatever your dog needs help with!

David is the BEST! I am such a nervous wreck when it comes to leaving my babies to go on vacation, but I felt so at ease knowing David was coming over to take care of them. My two small, elderly pups were VERY well taken care of and loved on the whole time we were gone. David was great about sending updates, report cards, and photos of the pups out in the yard, in their beds, and eating their dinners - and of course, getting pets. (He even took my little min pin's occasional grumpy attitude in stride, lol! ) The communication was outstanding, and I was able to enjoy and be present during our vacation, knowing the pups were comfortable and wanting for nothing in their own surroundings. If you have little pups that need care, I can't say enough about David. Highly recommended!!

I am renting my home so would not be able to board any dogs, but would be willing to travel to your home or apartment. I have worked in the security field for many years and understand how important the safety of someone's pets and home is.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or medications that will need to be given, or anything to be aware of. I cared for my small dog as a senior with various health issues for years, so that is something I am comfortable with.
A typical day
I have lots of energy and love exercise so would love to play with your dog. I will pet or brush your dog and make them feel wonderful!

Availability
I am currently going to college full time and attending afternoon classes Monday through Friday. I am also working most Saturdays and Sundays. So, right now my availability is limited to morning or evening drop-in visits M-F, and evening visits on Saturdays and Sundays. With that being said, if you are able to contact me early enough, I may be able to make arrangements with work on the weekends to become more available to help with increased availability.
