A long-time NYC resident providing services in the Chelsea/Hells Kitchen neighborhood, I was the proud parent of a temperamental Shar-Pei Chow and a fun-loving 12-year old Frenchie. BOARDING (on a limited basis) - provide a safe and happy home for your pup to play / socialize and then take a rest on one of the sofas or dog beds. Ideal boarding pups are socialized, not high energy but enjoy playtime. I live within walking distance of the Chelsea Waterside dog park for off-leash running and socializing, but plenty of on-leash opportunities for exercise if the dog park isn’t your pup’s speed. I take one dog max per day so your dog gets plenty of personalized attention. My goal as a sitter is to keep your pup safe while making sure he/she goes home happy and tired. I’ve been on the other side of Rover as a client and understand the leap of faith required to trust a new sitter. Your dogs are family - I get that, and you have the assurance that your pup will be safe with me. Accordingly, a meet and greet is required for new clients to make sure I am the best care taker for your dog and to answer any questions you might have for me. Note: discounts apply for boarding service for a week or longer. Please inquire and I can send you a new quote for longer-term boarding. WALKING - I have several great walking buddies, my favorites being a beautiful and well behaved Dalmatian, but whether he/she needs walking or time at one of two dog parks within blocks of me, they'll have the chance to do their business or get the exercise they need. I am home all day and can adapt to your pup’s needs. You tell me what is the routine for your dog and I will do my absolute best to accommodate. Lots of love and attention up front so that your dog knows he/she is safe and cared for. Separation anxiety has not once been a problem.
