My wife and I raised three dogs and slowly started to have children (we have 4). Our last dog passed away over a year ago and our kids have been wanting to get another animal. However, we know what the commitment is (over 18 years) for a new animal and we want to travel so we are unable to at this time. However, my oldest daughter wants to start a business watching dogs so that she can get the best of both worlds so we are encouraging and helping her. I am a CPA and my wife is a stay at home mother and we home school our kids. We are very active in our community and church and would consider ourselves strong Christians. We also enjoy lots of company at our house so it is a pretty active environment with other children.
