Dogs have been a part of our lives for the entire 40 years we have lived in Port Orchard. We offer a loving, safe, stress-free, "small group" environment for your dogs. Our home has a generous outdoor fenced play area and "doggie-door" to the family room allowing for potty breaks at any time. We do not kennel or crate dogs unless owner requests it be done. We offer day hosting or overnight boarding in our home. We do require a "Meet-n-Greet" ahead of time with our potential clients - and their dogs - at our home to ensure compatibility and that our premises would be a good fit. Additionally, we have experience in administering medicines as/if needed. Pick up and delivery service may also be available for an extra fee.

First off, just want to say a huge thank you to David and Patty. Can't say enough good things about David and Patty and the care they provided for our dogs. They treated our dogs like they were their own. Our pups settled in nicely with their own dogs. We will definitely be booking with David and Patty again!
Our dogs were so happy staying with Patty and Dave. They were such good caregivers and made our pups so comfortable on their stay. No one else has done that for them or given us such peace of mind while we were on vacation.
Part & David are WONDERFUL!!! Our girl had such a great time staying with them while we were away. This was the PERFECT match for her. We were looking for someone who lead a similar lifestyle as we do in our home - lots of play in the back yard, snuggles, free to roam.. etc. This was our first time for her to be away, and I was so nervous. Patty & David put me at ease. They have a BEAUTIFUL fenced in back yard with a doggie door access. They have lots of toys for her to play with, and beds to sleep on. They fed her her unique diet. We got picture updates, and they were very responsive to our “check ins” She couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our girl, Dakota.
5 stars is not enough to rate David and Patty. Hank was as tired as I have ever seen him from having such fun with them. They took such amazing care of him, took amazing photos, and were excellent communicators. I never had a second thought that he was in excellent hands and was receiving wonderful, experienced, and loving care. I will definitely reach out to them again. Top notch!

We accept fixed, non-aggressive dogs of any age as well as puppies. All dogs must have proof of up to date vaccinations: DAPP (Distemper, Adeno, Parvo, Parainfluenza), Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Also, Leptospirosis is recommended but not mandatory. Normally we won't kennel or crate dogs in our care, so the more social your dog is, the better. Please provide your pet's food and leash, as well as any toys, etc. you think they may need. We will administer medicines with owner's signed permission. We will take most breeds, but not all. For example, we have made the decision that we won't host Pit Bulls (purebred or "mixed") or Doberman.
A typical day
We will provide a comfortable, friendly atmosphere for you dog. Whether you are at work, on vacation, just or away from home, we will tend to your pet like he is one of ours. We can take leashed walks around the block or through the woods (in the South Kitsap Community Park). Usually we will not have more than 3 pets at a time in addition to Dillon and Petra, so we will have opportunities for together time with you dog throughout the day. If boarding, dogs will sleep separately in our family room area.
