Home full-time - I love dogs!
Pet care experience
I am a well-educated and responsible recent retiree, but not very old (64 years old). I love the companionship of dogs, but am unable to have one of my own, for various reasons. I have a very comfortable old house, including a lovely front porch, perfect for relaxing outside during nice weather, for people and for pets. I live on a quiet, but friendly, dead-end street near a park...very country-like. I cared for my pet dog when I was growing up, and, because I could not have dogs where I was living, I had have two cats as an adult, for a total of around thirty-five years of tending to pets. I really look forward to helping take care of dogs from throughout this area.

David was absolutely wonderful! I have tried traditional boarding with my dogs and they don’t do well in that environment! I decided to try boarding them at a private home and I’m glad I did! David was very caring and kept in contact with me the whole time the dogs were in his care. He was very proactive in suggesting other options, when the dogs were slow to eat! I was very surprised, when I came to pick up the dogs, how relaxed and calm they were. David is definitely a keeper! I’m looking forward to our next stay with David!
David and my dog got along wonderfully while I was on vacation. My dog can be shy but he warmed up to David right away. David was very responsive in giving me details about how my dog was doing and I could tell my dog felt just as comfortable with David as he does at home. I felt very reassured knowing that my dog was with someone all day, as David is retired. I highly recommend David as a dog sitter.
David is amazing! Our senior dog was well loved and taken care of and she is a very high maintenance Great communication and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
David stepped in on a last-minute basis after things with our other sitter didn't work out. David took great care of our dog, and we could tell they had a great connection. It makes me really happy to know our dog was in good hands. I highly recommend David, and we will use him in the future.
