I've cared for dogs in my family since I was a child. As a child, our family owned dogs from cocker spaniels, beagles and labrador retrievers. As a married adult my wife and i have owned a dog for the last 8 years. I enjoy walking our English Golden Retriever, Louie both on leash and off 3-4 times each day, rain or shine. I also realize the most appealing attribute a customer can have for their dog walker is TRUST. You can trust that I will take care of your dog like he or she was my own. Currently I walk our dog with 2 other groups of dogs, one group of 4 meet on the wooded trails close by my house each morning and the other group of 2 or 3 meet after dinner in a large fenced-in field where all the dogs play off-leash. There is nothing more rewarding than to see all the dogs playing together and growing up with one another.

Dave is one of the most responsible people in dog care and he has a genuine love for dogs of all types, which they instantly sense. More importantly, he has a full understanding of the social and safety aspects of dogs individually and in groups, and always maintains proper control. I consulted Dave when I was walking a difficult dog in icy conditions, and he helped me to understand different methods of control. Dave is extremely cautious of the dog’s safety in heat and in cold weather, and the importance of meeting the individual dog’s needs of exercise while not over-taxing them.
I've known Dave for a few years now. A more responsible and caring dog owner you will not find. He has an intuitive sense of how dogs will react to each other at first meetings. If you're looking for a dependable, safety conscious dog walker, Dave is a wonderful choice.
Dave is an excellent dog walker. He has had dogs his whole life and cares dearly for all animals. I trust Dave with our dog whenever we are away and need help with dog walking or dog sitting.

A typical day
I often take my dog to areas where we can run without worrying about a busy road full of traffic. I have found wide-open parks and great wooded trails. If it's a leisurely walk your dog is more comfortable with, I also have no problem letting the dogs do their own thing (sniffing, sitting down, and walking at their own pace.
