To all my fellow dog parents, the question isn't what makes David G. so special? But rather, what doesn't make David G. so special?! David has grown up with furry little friends his entire life, and although he's no longer a dog parent, he understands the love, care, concern, patience, and gentleness, that it requires to look after a dog. My family and I went on a few road trips this past summer, and unfortunately, because my dog is rather large, and up-there in age, we no longer bring him along. Scrappy is a 12 year old German Shepherd/Husky mix, and David, so kindly offered to watch over Scrappy this past summer while we were gone. Typically, Scrappy tends not to eat when we're away, because he misses us. But we were so pleased to know that he was eating, and playing, and walking with David, while we were away. Instantly, we knew that we had left Scrappy in good hands. And given that he's 12 years old, he can be a bit of a grump sometimes, and David was extremely patient when tending to his every need. I should also mention, that Scrappy has special dietary needs, and David did a wonderful job at sticking to his meal plan accordingly, while we were gone. So if there is anyone I would highly recommend to watch over your dog, it's David! All in all, your dog is in good hands with David! He's awesome!
