Pet care experience
I am a doggo-loving Oceanside lawyer (hence the corny joke above). I am a very relaxed person, so I am not the type to stress a dog out. I am also very loving and playful if a dog enjoys that, which I find most do. I am a very accepting and get along with a wide range of personalities and dog ownership styles. I'd like to own a dog myself, but with my current schedule, I feel like it wouldn't be fair to the dog. I'm happy to have the opportunity to care for some dogs on the weekends so I can have that experience until I'm able to have my own dog full time. Looking forward to meeting your fluffy friend (even if they're not so fluffy).

David watched our dog Bernie many times and we could see that Bernie took a shine to David. David was always on time and it seemed that he genuinely cared about our beloved Bernie. One day, while we were away, Bernie took ill and instead of just walking Bernie and leaving, David stayed with Bernie until we arrived home. This confirmed to us that David is truly a dog lover and we will never hesitate to call David in the future for our Bernie baby sitting needs. We know and trust that he will take care of our baby in any situation.
There is no other person in this WORLD who I would trust with my puppy, except for David!! I am very overprotective of my Pomeranian, but David's the only person I'd trust and feel at peace if I ever had to leave my puppy in good care, because his love for dogs is undeniable. He expresses his love for dogs just like any other dog lover would, (instant happiness when we see them, and spoiling them with treats and playtime). Leaving your fur baby with David, would be like giving your dog a day off to have fun ,and let it have all the attention it needs until you come back. Your dog will love you even more ,and thank you for leaving her/him with David!!

I would like to know the general temperament of a dog, but other than that I just enjoy getting to know new dogs, so I'm really not picky.
A typical day
I live walking distance to the beach and a short drive from a great walking area up in Fire Mountain. There are all sorts of sights, sounds and smells to keep a dog busy and entertained in these areas. I love exploring new local parks and trails as well, so if I am sitting at your place, I'm excited to Google what's in the area for our dog walks. Unless, of course, you have your own preferred locations for safety reasons, etc.
