Since I can remember there has always been at least 3 dogs(amongst many other animals!) around the house due to my father's love of them and sometimes 8 to my mother's dismay! His brother once said that he thought he preferred dogs to people and the older I get the more I can appreciate that sentiment. Although I have inherited his passion it's just not as easy to keep them living in the middle of London. It's for this reason I understand that most dogs need a good walk regularly and love to get out 2-3 times per day which is good as I live right beside Wandsworth Common. I also benefit from having a bath in my flat (which I share with 2 other dog walkers) handy for cleaning the dog in the wetter Autumn/Winter months! I have looked after quite a few dogs in London with all personality types (including the rescue in my profile photo that had quite high separation anxiety issues) and seem to get along easily with them all. Some friends think I'm a bit of a dog whisperer 🐕😊
