Pet care experience
I've had (and loved) dogs since I was young, and have been dog sitting for family and friends over the last several years. I've completed several puppy and adult obedience training classes, and volunteered at the humane society. I look forward to getting to know your four-legged family members and keeping them safe, happy, and healthy.

Our dog, Blue, adores David and loves spending a long weekend with his ‘’Uncle Dave”. David is extremely detail oriented and not only ensures Blue is fed and walked, but having fun, too! I know our dog will receive the best of care and trust David fully in our home. Highly recommend!!
David watched my German Shepherd, Annie for over a week when I was out of town for my destination wedding. Our dog rarely takes to most men, as well as strangers as she has a very small circle of trust. When it was time for a trial meet and greet, I was a little worried she would not want to spend the day with a stranger, but I was pleasantly surprised when she acted as if they were old friends and felt comfortable right away. I had no problem leaving her with David during my time away and even received snaps of their time together going on hikes, walking to the lake, and he even gifted her a scarf that said "My humans are getting married!" She still is overjoyed every time she sees him!

I grew up with Labradors and Shepherds, but have owned and cared for smaller dogs as well, and every age from puppies to seniors. I'll also be respectful of your home, keeping it tidy and leaving it as clean as I found it (or cleaner).

I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so I can be with your pets around the clock on those days as well as weekends. Staying on their home turf helps your pets feel more comfortable and less stressed while you're away.
